The undersigned acknowledges that they have read the rules for use of Findley Lake Watershed Foundation property including gazebo and grounds and, on behalf of themselves and their guests, agree to abide by said rules and do hereby release, indemnify, and defend the Findley Lake Watershed Foundation, and anyone acting on their behalf from all claims arising out of the use of Findley Lake Watershed Foundation property and facilities.

RULES OF THE BOARD OF THE FINDLEY LAKE WATERSHED FOUNDATION CONCERNING PROPERTY USAGE

1. Consumption or sale of alcohol is strictly forbidden in any area of FL WF property.
2. Any property damage or injury while the property is occupied is the user's responsibility. Damages or injuries must be reported to a FL WF Director immediately.
3. Damages must be repaired by the user at their expense. The Board of Directors will be the sole judge of who is responsible for any damage caused by any group.
4. Use of any materials on the gazebo without specific approval by a FL WF Director is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of staples, nails, tacks or any other fastener that will damage the structure.
5. Areas of use are confined to those agreed upon in the Use Agreement.
6. All parties and guests will be responsible for their personal items.
7. Throwing of rice or confetti on FL WF property is prohibited.
8. All required documentation and insurance certificates must be submitted to FL WF prior to event.
9. Areas used will be policed, picked up, and garbage removed.
10. Exceptions from these rules only as authorized by the FL WF Board of Directors 
11.  Full responsibility for the use of the property and buildings and adherence to all of the above rules rests upon the party signing the Use Agreement
